This course provides an overview of the hospitality and tourism industry, covering current industry trends, key components of successful tourism development, and major tourism products.

(ภาษาไทย) (Thai) โครงสร้างของคำกริยาและกาลในขั้นพื้นฐาน ฝึกฝนทักษะพูด ฟัง อ่าน และเขียน รูปประโยคขั้นพื้นฐาน ทักษะในการพูดขั้นพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในชีวิตประจำวัน อ่านเรื่องราวสั้น ๆ ได้ สนทนาอย่างสั้น ๆ กับเจ้าของภาษา สถานการณ์ในร้านอาหาร และการจัดการการเดินทาง
(ภาษาอังกฤษ) (English) Basic Verb structures and tenses; practice in listening, reading comprehension, speaking and writing; fundamental sentence patterns; basic verbal survival skills; read short passages; brief conversations with native speakers, scenario in a restaurant and travel arrangements

This course aims to study and practice English listening and speaking skills appropriate for conversation and communication with tourists at different situations ie greeting, self-introduction, appointment and official contacts using emails, information services; the use of English for welcoming, service facilitating, problem solving, and creating impressive services for clients.
