Course Description:

Development of listening, speaking, reading, writing and overall comprehension skills in the context of the aviation industry; practice of language and communication techniques required for effective communication with both customers and airline business practitioners

1.       Explain key terminology, concepts, and standard communication practices used in the airline industry.

2.       Apply appropriate English language skills to communicate effectively with passengers and airline personnel in routine service situations.

3.       Analyze passenger needs, problems, and communication contexts in order to respond appropriately in airline service interactions.
