Develop and implement a project with agency to apply care innovations to nursing care in a group of adults and the elderly in acute, chronic, critical, and end-of-life conditions; lead and initiate change of nursing practice to a ward unit in accordance with the role of the advanced nurse; collaborate with multidisciplinary team; use ethical decision making process, advocacy, consulting, evaluation of nursing outcomes and project implementation; based on utilizations of health data, nursing theories, evidence, technology, aesthetics, code of ethics and standard of the nursing profession; integrating eastern wisdom, Sufficient Economy Philosophy in a multicultural context.
