يتناول هذا المقرر الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة التي تتضمن أحكاما فقهية، وتم تقسيمه على الأبواب الفقهية حتى يتعرف الطالب على جملة من الأحاديث التي دارت عليها أحكام الأبواب الفقهية، ويتمكن من فهم وشرح أحاديث الأحكام المقررة في العبادات والمعاملات والأحوال الشخصية، ويكوِّن ملكة استنباط الفوائد والأحكام من الأحاديث .
