This course examines the intersection of climate science, policy frameworks,
financial mechanisms, and energy governance in the context of sustainable
development. Students will analyze international climate agreements, explore
climate finance instruments, and evaluate energy transition strategies with
particular emphasis on Thailand and ASEAN perspectives.
