มโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับพยาธิสรีรวิทยาของการเกิดโรค การเจ็บป่วย การคัดกรอง การประเมินภาวะสุขภาพ การตรวจและแปลผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการ การวินิจฉัยแยกโรค การบันทึกผลการประเมินสุขภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล หลักการและการรักษาทางเภสัชวิทยา เภสัชจลนศาสตร์ เภสัชพลศาสตร์ การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุสมผล การส่งต่อ และการประเมินผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค การดูแลรักษาโรคเบื้องต้น และการฟื้นฟูสภาพ ในปัญหาสุขภาพที่พบบ่อยและภัยสุขภาพ ภาวะสุขภาพที่ซับซ้อนหรือคาดการณ์ว่าจะเกิดขึ้น โรคอุบัติซ้ำ โรคอุบัติใหม่ ทั้งภาวะฉุกเฉิน เฉียบพลัน และเรื้อรัง บนพื้นฐานแนวคิดกระบวนการพยาบาล  การพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมและการดูแลต่อเนื่องในระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การดูแลสุขภาพแบบผสมผสานและทางเลือก ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม และหลักคุณธรรม  จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ

          Concepts of pathophysiology in disease, illness, health screening, health assessment, laboratory investigation and interpretation, differential diagnosis and standardized health recording; principles of pharmacology and pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenomics, rational drug use, referral, and evaluation of nursing outcomes; including health promotion, disease prevention, primary medical care, and rehabilitation in common health problems and health hazards, complex health problems, expected health problem, emerging and recurrent diseases; in emergency, acute, and chronic; based upon the concepts of nursing process, holistic nursing and continuing care in primary health care, local wisdoms, complementary and alternative therapies, cultural diversity, and professional ethics
